Pawnshops MLO
A fully dressed FiveM pawnshop with a cluttered sales floor, locker room and boss office with storage and a safe — built for fencing, business RP and robberies.
Somewhere between the legal economy and the chop shop sits the pawnshop — the place where a "found" TV becomes forty bucks, no questions asked. WXMAPS' Pawnshops MLO gives that middle rung of your server's economy a real home instead of a ped standing behind an invisible marker.
A sales floor with genuine character
The shop floor is cluttered in the best possible way: guitars on the wall, stacked speakers and hi-fi gear, oil paintings leaning three deep, rugs, retro movie posters and caged shelving packed with second-hand electronics. Consoles, controllers and VCRs sit on the counters like someone pawned the entire 1990s. Security gates at the entrance and a service counter finish the picture — this looks like a business that has been robbed before and fully expects to be robbed again.
Back of house
Behind the floor there's a locker room for staff RP and a boss office with shelf storage and a safe — the natural anchor for stash inventories, business funds, or the ledger your city's detectives would love to photograph.
What roleplay does it unlock?
- Fencing and selling: point your sell-goods or fencing script at the counter and give the city's burglars a destination.
- Player-run business: reception, stock shelves and an office safe — everything a whitelisted owner job needs to operate.
- Robberies and raids: a compact interior with clear entry points that works for stickups and PD search warrants alike.
Tech notes and install
The MLO is standalone and framework-agnostic — ESX, QBCore/Qbox or a custom core, it doesn't care what runs your city. It's optimized for everyday traffic, so the prop-heavy look doesn't arrive with a prop-heavy resmon bill. Install is drag-and-drop: add the resource to your server, ensure it, and grab wxmaps_commons (the shared WXMAPS dependency) so the interiors load.
Your fences finally get a storefront. Just don't ask where the guitars came from.
