By placing an order on this storefront you accept these terms. They cover what you can do with the scripts you buy, how we deliver them, and how we handle disputes.

Terms

License you receive

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script on FiveM servers you own or operate. You may modify the open configuration files to fit your server. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the script in whole or in part — including the encrypted (escrow) portion or the open configuration — to any third party.

What “lifetime updates” means

While we publish updates for a given product line, you have access to all of them at no extra cost using the original download link. We do not commit to a specific minimum support window; if a script is retired we will say so on its product page, and existing buyers continue to have access to the last published version.

Order accuracy

You are responsible for the email address you enter at checkout — that is where your download link is delivered. If you mistype it, contact us with proof of purchase and we will resend.

Intellectual property

All scripts, documentation, artwork and demos remain the property of their authors and Tebex. Buying the product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tebex sells digital goods that are delivered electronically and immediately on payment. Once your download link has been issued, the order cannot be refunded. By completing checkout you acknowledge this and waive any statutory right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU, which expressly allows this waiver for digital content delivered immediately).

Limited exceptions

We will review individual cases where:

  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • The download link never reached you and we cannot resend it within a reasonable time.
  • The script is provably non-functional on a supported framework version and we are unable to ship a fix.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we will respond to the chargeback with a copy of these terms, your order record, and the download-delivery log. Successful chargebacks may result in your downloads being revoked.

Acceptable use

You may run any script you buy on FiveM servers under your operational control. You may not:

  • Re-upload the script to public file-sharing or “leaks” sites.
  • Decompile, deobfuscate or attempt to bypass the asset escrow on protected components.
  • Claim authorship or rebrand the script as your own work.
  • Use the script to harass other players, run scams, or violate Cfx.re Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to revoke download access for any account that breaches these rules. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund.

Limitation of liability

The scripts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the storefront or any script purchased from it is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, server downtime, lost players, or data loss — even if we were advised of the possibility.

Disputes & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the storefront will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking equitable or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the storefront after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
